Help on both sides of the hire

ORI’s job development team and job coaches work with you and with the employer. They help you figure out what kind of work you want, find openings, and get ready for an interview.

Once you start, a coach can come to the job site, help you learn the work, and stay in touch with your boss. ORI has been placing people in Missoula businesses long enough to hear about jobs before they are posted.
