More say in your services, with ORI behind you
You choose your staff and set the schedule. ORI handles the hiring, training, and paperwork, so you can focus on the support itself.
Connect about self-direct services
You lead, ORI handles the rest
With Self-Direct Services, you, your family, or your representative decide who provides your support, when it happens, and how it is done.
ORI works alongside you through a model called Agency with Choice. ORI is the legal employer of the staff you choose, and handles their hiring, onboarding, required state training, and service records. Your Case Manager stays involved to help keep your services and budget on track.
Who we help
People with developmental disabilities who receive services through a Montana Developmental Disabilities waiver. You can self-direct all of your services or just a portion.
Self-direction asks more of you and your support network, and it works best when family, friends, and community members are involved. If you are not sure whether self-directing is right for you, call us and we will talk it through.
