ORI HISTORY

In 1955, the Opportunity School Foundation opened its doors to educate a handful of Missoula's children with developmental disabilities. Since then, the original 7 students has grown to over 700 adults with disabilities, our rented classroom has been replaced with a 30,000 square-foot headquarters, and our programs have evolved to provide a holistic approach to enhancing lives. We've been serving Western Montana for over 60 years. Scroll through our historical timeline to learn how Opportunity has evolved over time.
