SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

FT Position for a qualified individual responsible for conducting unbiased investigation, tracking, and reporting of incidents.  This position performs assurance activities for services provided to persons with Developmental Disabilities.  Also responsible for system improvement and monitoring in data management systems.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in human services or 5 years of related experience.  Must have experience in Data Base Management systems and strong data entry skills and ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.  The individual must demonstrate skills in problem identification and resolution proving the ability to demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills.  Must have experience with Developmental Disabilities.
